This is an exciting image for various reasons. The concept and the model's pose is both erotic and acrobatic. The question that presents to me is her expression one of pleasure or pain. The position looks uncomfortable, but the male model is obviously delivering oral sex to her. A minor detail that I notice (I think) is that the tip of his nose appears to be moved to the side, clearly demonstrating that it is touching her pubic mound.
